This partnership pairs the Council's decades of trusted, ecumenical leadership across North Carolina with the Mainline Protestant Stream's national organizing capacity - bringing clergy and congregations together to protect the vote and heal our democracy.

WHY WE'RE GATHERING
This training prepares North Carolina clergy and congregational leaders to ensure their communities' access to the polls through Election Day, and to defend the integrity of the election in the days and weeks that follow — grounded in our shared commitment to reimagine, renew, and heal democracy.

1.  A clear-eyed briefing and analysis of the current threats to election access and integrity in North Carolina and nationally.
2.  A deeper appreciation for the pastoral and prophetic role the church is called to play in renewing democracy in this moment.
3.  Practical tools to help protect your community's access to the ballot through Election Day.
